Quarterly HOA Fee Schedule
Payments are due by January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.
Note: You will be assessed a $25 late fee to unit owners not having their dues to the Association by the 5th day of January, April, July and October, and additionally, another $25 will by assessed for each week thereafter the dues are not received.
